  How E-Reports Work for Physicians

Medical E-Reports eliminate administrative delays and reduce administrative costs of medical claims processing. It's simple to use.

  1. Physician or office manager registers for an account.
  2. Login and assign an authorized user (in-house or outsourced) to enter and save data into the Medical Report.
  3. Authorize appropriate Guests with a guest password to view the report.

As usual and customary, the patient's signature for release of any and all information must be on file in the physician's office.

Physicians can purchase their own reports or simply complete the reports already associated with a claim.
